Agreement Agreement Customer, by their signature below, agrees to payment for total hours of training selected before the first scheduled training begins. Customer acknowledges Canine Command is responsible for initial training of owner’s dog(s) as indicated above. Owner is responsible for ongoing training. The owner understands that he/she is being trained to train their dog(s). Animal behavior can be unpredictable, and training is not a guarantee of your pet’s future behavior. Owner understands he/she is ultimately responsible for the dog's final outcome. As the legal owner/agent of the above-mentioned pet(s) owner acknowledges he/she has carefully read and fully understands this agreement and hereby waives and releases Canine Command and Joseph M. De Simone from liability for any injury, death, sickness or damage my pet(s) may cause or suffer during or after any training program. I assume all responsibility and liability for such claim.
